💫 Cancellation Policy
At J.Hues Styling, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest to ensure a personalized luxury experience.
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules for all services. We ask that extension services attempt to give us a weeks notice on reschedules.
• Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure all new extension or color appointments. This amount is applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.
Our policy is designed with respect for your stylist’s time and to maintain fairness for all clients awaiting openings.

Due to the nature of professional services and human hair products, all sales are final.
We proudly stand behind our work and products with a satisfaction guarantee when proper home care and maintenance are followed.
• Hair extensions and custom-ordered hair are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed or opened.
• Adjustments to blending, color, or styling may be offered within 14 days of service completion at the discretion of J.Hues Styling.
• Product exchanges are accepted only for unopened retail items returned within 7 days of purchase.
